Welcome! My name is Jade Leavitt; I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who sees fitness as a form of preventative healthcare. I’m passionate about all thing’s health, wellness, and intentional living. I believe that true wellness comes from balance—not restriction—and that fitness should empower you, not wear you down. My goal is to make healthy living feel approachable and enjoyable, whether that’s through creative nutrition tips, sustainable habits, or movement you actually look forward to. Here, it’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, consistency, and feeling your best from the inside out.

MY JOURNEY
For years, I struggled with my weight, my relationship with food, and my energy levels. I found myself constantly fluctuating—swinging between being overweight and underweight—but never truly feeling happy, healthy, or confident in my own skin. I was stuck in a cycle of extremes, doing what I thought was “right,” but still feeling bloated, exhausted, and frustrated.
Looking back, I realize how much misinformation shaped my habits and mindset. Society’s toxic standards and unrealistic expectations only made things harder, leading me to make choices that didn’t serve my long-term health. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help others break free from that noise. These messages stunted my progress and left me more confused than ever. I want to empower people to make realistic lifestyle changes—so they can feel strong, confident, and finally see results that last!
