ABOUT ME
Biography
My name is Jade Leavitt, and I believe we have far more control over our lives than we often realize.
From a young age, I was fascinated by growth, whether that meant becoming a better athlete, a better student, or a better person. Over time, I realized that success in any area of life comes down to the same principles: discipline, consistency, patience, and the willingness to keep showing up long after the excitement wears off.
Today, I am an entrepreneur, IFBB Fit Model Pro, certified coach, published author, and founder of Jaded Gym LLC. While those titles represent milestones, they are not what define me. What defines me is my commitment to continuous growth and my belief that every person has the ability to create meaningful change in their life.
My journey has taught me that nothing changes if nothing changes. There is no perfect time to start. There is only the decision to begin and the courage to keep moving forward
Education

Education has always been one of the foundations of my success.
During my senior year of high school, I participated in an Early College program while navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience accelerated my academic journey and reinforced the importance of adaptability, self discipline, and taking ownership of my future.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from High Point University in just three years before continuing directly into an accelerated MBA program, completing both degrees in a total of four years.
Throughout college, I balanced a rigorous academic schedule while working three jobs. I served as a University Ambassador, an Academic Tutor for Business Calculus and Economics, and worked at Planet Smoothie. These experiences taught me valuable lessons in leadership, communication, time management, and service while helping support my long term goals.
At the same time, I pursued certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching because I knew my vision extended beyond the classroom. I always dreamed of owning my own business, but I wanted to build a professional career around something I was genuinely passionate about: helping others improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
While formal education provided me with valuable knowledge, some of my greatest lessons have come from remaining a student long after graduation. I continue to invest in my education through books, podcasts, research, mentorship, and learning from professionals with more experience than myself. The fitness industry is constantly evolving, and I believe great coaches never stop learning.
The habits that helped me succeed academically are the same habits that drive success in every area of life. Fitness taught me that results are a direct outcome of effort. It teaches patience when progress is slow, consistency when motivation fades, and discipline when excuses seem easier. You get what you give, and over time those efforts compound.
Today, that commitment to growth remains one of my greatest strengths. I am constantly learning, asking questions, seeking new perspectives, and refining my craft so I can better serve the people who trust me with their goals.
Athletic Career

My athletic journey has been built on a simple philosophy: prove to yourself what is possible.
As a natural athlete, I entered bodybuilding not only to challenge myself physically but also to explore the limits of discipline, consistency, and personal growth. While many people see the trophies, stage photos, and accomplishments, what I value most are the lessons earned along the way.
Through years of training and eventually earning my IFBB Fit Model Pro status, I learned that success is rarely about talent alone. It comes from showing up when motivation is gone, trusting the process when results aren’t immediate, and staying committed when the outcome is uncertain.
The stage may showcase the outcome, but the real transformation happens in the habits developed behind the scenes.
Those same lessons now serve as the foundation of my coaching philosophy and approach to life.
Entrepreneurship
I always knew I wanted to own a business.
What I didn’t know was exactly what that business would look like.
As my passion for health and fitness grew, I realized I wanted to build a career around helping others improve their lives. While completing my degrees, earning certifications, and gaining experience, I slowly built the foundation for what would eventually become Jaded Gym LLC.
Entrepreneurship has allowed me to align my work with my values. I have always taken a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. I believe food should nourish your body without creating fear. I believe movement, sunlight, community, purpose, and mindset all play a role in creating a fulfilling life.
As a 23 year old entrepreneur, coach, athlete, and author, I have learned that success leaves clues. The habits that create success in fitness often create success in business, relationships, and personal growth. Learning how to follow through on commitments, stay disciplined, manage adversity, and remain patient during difficult seasons are skills that transfer into every area of life.
I struggled working in environments that did not align with my values because I believe people deserve honesty, education, empowerment, and sustainable solutions. Building my own business gave me the opportunity to create something that reflects those beliefs and allows me to serve others in a meaningful way.
Mission
My mission is simple:
To help people create their own reality.
I believe fitness is one of the most powerful vehicles for personal growth because it teaches skills that extend far beyond the gym. It teaches patience when results are slow. It teaches consistency when motivation fades. It teaches accountability when excuses seem easier. Most importantly, it teaches you how to follow through on promises you make to yourself.
The habits that improve your health are often the same habits that improve your relationships, career, confidence, and overall quality of life.
As a coach, athlete, entrepreneur, and author, my goal is not simply to help people lose weight or build muscle. My goal is to help people realize that their potential is far greater than they think.
I want people to know that fitness is not exclusive. Your goals are not out of reach. Sometimes all we need is the right guidance, the right perspective, and a push in the right direction.
Excuses may explain your circumstances, but they do not change the outcome.
Over the years, I have learned that while we cannot control every outcome, we can control our effort. We can choose to show up. We can choose to stay consistent. We can choose to keep moving forward despite setbacks. Effort is one of the few things fully within our control, and over time, that effort compounds into extraordinary results.
That is why I have made it my mission to create my own reality. Through coaching, writing, speaking, entrepreneurship, and leading by example, I hope to empower others to create theirs.
Because the greatest transformation is not simply changing your body or reaching a goal. It is becoming the person capable of achieving it.
ACT LIKE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME.
