My mom has spent years putting herself last so everyone around her could thrive. She’s always been the one taking care of everyone else — family, friends, anyone who needed her. But in the process, she slowly began fighting a silent battle with herself every single day.

My Dad’s Transformation: A Reminder of What Fitness Is Really About

Fitness is so much more than how you look or even how you feel — it’s how you operate on a day-to-day basis. For my dad, everything changed after a routine doctor’s visit turned into a reality check: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart concerns, multiple medications, and pre-diabetic markers. His health was slowly slipping in the wrong direction.
I’ve always believed that you either use food as medicine, or eventually medicine becomes your food. And in that moment, I knew it was time for a change. But here’s the truth — you can’t force someone into healthier habits. You can’t make someone take control of their life. What you can do is help them find their why.
For my dad, that why became me.
I told him, “I want you to walk me down the aisle someday. I don’t want you to just be present as a grandparent — I want you to participate.” That conversation shifted everything.
As I started my own fitness journey, I realized the most rewarding part has been guiding the people I love toward healthier choices. In the last four months, my dad has shown up, put in the work, and completely transformed his daily habits.

Together, we’ll set realistic expectations, focus on long-term progress, and build a plan that fits your lifestyle — not the other way around. You’ll have my ongoing weekly support, accountability, adjustments, and encouragement every step of the way, because real change takes time, consistency, and a coach in your corner.

My competition prep coaching is designed to guide you from wherever you are now all the way to the stage with confidence. This program combines personalized training, structured nutrition, and strategic adjustments to help you build the physique, conditioning, and presentation required for the Fit Model and Bikini divisions.
